Tassaduq Sohail was born in Jullundhar in East Punjab in 1930. It was a time of great change for the country. With partition in the midst of taking effect in 1947, Tassaduq moved to Pakistan and later settled in the U.K. His paintings are in the collection of V & A Museum, and Tate Britain
